    If I've grinded several hours into your game, the least you could do is gift me with free rewards. It makes no sense that we have to grind for hours, then pay for what we've earned. "Congratulations, you've reached All Star 1, now pay us 150k VC to get your reward." This may sound absurd to some but I think what's given in, should be given out. Reward me for my hardwork, rather than using it to extort more money out of me. Several games allow you to unlock items by progressing. And when they're unlocked, it's given to you directly. 2k on the other hand is different. But I know some will disagree with my statement, but I just want to enjoy my progress without having to spend money.

    Talking about player control mode here. Can someone explain why people would rather get blocked then pass it to the center? I actually love to play center, it's a position I have a lot of skill with and I like to play as that "glue guy" that does the dirty work and makes it easy for everyone else. But my god. I can make a perfect cut and I just end up watching some Harden player shoot a heavy contested layup in a crowd of 3 people, his arm flailing around like a noodle as he chucks it at the backboard.

    The only time they pass is if they think they can get an alley in. Which is another issue altogether—please stop throwing alleys to me when I'm controlling Nikola Jokic. I'm really trying to do everything I can to contribute here guys :(

    I slept on everyone's advice this whole time. Ever since the switch to next gen I wanted to get good at using the shot aiming feature. It was nice for hookshots and set shots, but It was hard to shoot in rhythm at times, especially off the dribble. I recently made a new sharpshooter build and couldn't figure out why shooting with the button was going so bad. Maybe I had been shooting with the aim for so long I lost the timing. But I just switched to no meter while using shot button and it's been smooth so far. Nice being able to look for the release point. So thanks all, and if you shoot with the meter on, give no meter a try and see what you think

    If the AI would be playin 2k20 defense, i could play solo in the rec and have fun .. but they don't so squads set up 2 guys at the hash, defended by the none closing AIs and go rampage .. this destroys the game ..

    What is it? Why can't players make a decent IQ play? not perfect but decent at best. Why do people make pure slashers as guards with no shooting? Why? Idk the player base in 2k have become mindless, I feel like if everyone had a decent IQ in the game it would boost gameplay. Maybe someone have the answers because I don't anymore.

    I played the story through the MyCAREER and got to the NBA with my power forward however I was not enjoying the first few games. I made a point guard and skipped directly through the the NBA, but there are no cutscenes or interviews etc like there was in 2K19, have they completely cut these or is it because I skipped?

    Hey guys playing 2k21 on current gen and was selecting which shoe endorsement to go with. upon making my decision i guess i lost my internet and it wouldnt let me select a shoe and i still havent gotten another chance to do it any help would be appreciated

    Next Gen: Stability & Connection Issue with Ranked & Private 5v5 Proam Games on Xbox Series S.

    Hey All,

    Just writing this here to inform the devs that read this Reddit that Private Proam and Ranked Proam on the Xbox Series S have major stability & connection issues.

    A lot of us in the Twitter Proam community have been aware of the issues since next-gen launch and have been trying to get the attention of the devs on Twitter.

    Essentially what's going on is that people with black Xbox Series X's and people with Xbox Series S's cannot connect to each other consistently to set up and play ranked/league night games as well as private matches in Proam. Whether you're on the same team or opposing teams, the Series S's, 9 out of 10 times get disconnected/booted out the game before tip off.

    The community has tried many different methods to try to solve the issue, ranging from people with white Xbox Series S's "readying up" and pressing start first, last, to even having them walking into the arena last.

    The temporary solution has been to bar those with Xbox Series S's from attempting to play private & ranked games. So, at this point it's just people with the Xbox Series X enjoying unranked/private/ranked, league night Proam matches (yet they still too, have connection/stability issues from time to time).

    Another issue that is hurting the community is the ranked 5v5 leaderboard recording losses that never happened and or are inaccurate. If one would look at the leaderboards you would see that the top team is like 0-118.

    Also, on the note of Ranked Proam/League Night games -- it isn't the most popular mode amongst those in the Proam Community at the moment.

    Being forced to play League Night/Ranked Games and not having the option to toggle to Private on those specific 'League Night' days doesn't give the community choice and freedom.

    Also, having to play an Unranked Pro-AM game in which none of the participants get REP on non-League Night days is also discouraging and keeping people from queuing up to search in Proam. They can just instead go to Rec 5v5 where there are rare connection problems, and where everyone gets REP and player progression.

    A possible solution for the aforementioned could just be for the devs to give the team owner an always available option to play either, Ranked, League Night Games (on nights when available), Unranked games (where people are getting REP albeit not as much as Ranked or 5v5 Rec) or Private Proam Games between two teams. If the devs can also set up a working and accurate leaderboard to accompany each different mode of Proam, that would be amazing!

    that's all I have to say on the matter, I know I've written a lot already. I hope this can shed some light on the issues the Proam Community and game mode is facing. Thank you to whoever has read this far.
