    I don't see why everyone complains. I love playing with people who don't pass. I love the guys that don't try to play D but don't quit, and instead move the controller just enough that they don't get thrown out. If they get a 3 second call every possession its even better. I love people who do the flop of shame when a teammate makes the slightest mistake. I love playing with 2 or 3 people that squad up in Rec instead of playing 2s or 3s in park. I love when people won't inbound to a guard and launch the ball past midcourt, everytime. I love even more when they don't inbound the ball at all. I love people who quit one minute into the game. I love when people call timeouts when a teammate has an open lane to the basket. Most of all I love people having a phone conversation with the mic on. I also love people who rap/sing into the mic.

    Why is it so hard to hit jump shots online?

    I've played every 2k the past decade and I have never struggled anywhere near how much I struggle this year to hit jump shots, especially 3's, online (myteam and PNO). I am not fucking up the release, shot couldn't be more wide open, the person shooting is a good shooter, yet I just brick every fucking shot. I have no idea why I am having so much trouble doing this with 2k21 but it makes me want completely avoid even playing online because it's like my entire offense has to be played in the paint.

    So i got next gen 2k and have been playing 2k since 2k10, i normally just play my career games but figured this year i'd try to grind my rep.. anyways online i feel like a 60 overall when i'm a 91, literally anyone can get by me with their dribble moves, i can barely get pass anyone, and anytime i shoot when i'm open the bar could literally be perfect and i miss.. it's so frustrating since i feel like everyone online literally just dribbles crazy , drives in or pulls up and i can't do none of that

    Western in the Dark is Nearly Unplayable (PS5)

    This definitely needs to be passed along but when it's dark and playing at Western the courts are so dark it makes it so hard to see. This is especially true for the upper level courts where you are sometimes guessing where the ball is in the air.

    With the next 2k becoming the official next gen version (Cause this version was just like a dlc of last gens 2k21) there is no excuse to not have a full blown myCareer story.

    I truly might be done (yeah I know, says everyone, every year) next game if it sucks. MyCareer is all I play and that mode use to be so much more lit. With all the capabilities with these next gen consoles there is no excuse to have a scripted short story line. Why not start us off even younger than high school, let us start from the beginning and be able to make different choices and say different things (other than having 2 options) let us pick our own story. Not this scripted BS. I have so many ideas, this game could really truly be something special especially with next gen. They just won't allow it to be. Didn't they use to actually hire fans to get their ideas and all or was that a different company? Either way they should do that. After all we have the best ideas.

    Anybody else having issues in the rec right now? I keep getting booted mid-game, usually 3rd quarter.

    I havent played 2k in a couple months because of the shooting being broken and the server issues. I finally came back and now I cant even finish a rec game. I will start the game, no issues. Almost 4 minutes into the game, I get a massive lag spike that lasts like 8 seconds. Then the game plays flawlessly again, until exactly 4 minutes later it does the same thing and I get booted out of the game. It has done this in every game of the 20 rec games I've played in the past couple days. Does anybody know why it's doing this? Its not my internet nor any connection issues on my end, and the game plays flawlessly/normal outside of the every 4 minutes micro-lag burst. Really starting to get upset that I spent $100 on this game when it came out in september to just not be able to play it.

    Net gain achievement not working?

    I have played a my team game, a couple my career prelude games in college and some play now games. and I swear I've seen where my team has less than 10 times the other teams turnovers and there's not an achievement popping up. Do I have to play against actual players or do I have to be in the nba in my career to actually get this achievement?

    MyCareer defensive assignment makes no sense

    I'm currently playing in the NBA finals on MyCareer with a 6'10" Paint Beast against the 76ers. For some reason, the game keeps assigning me to defend instead their shooting guard instead of Embid or Horford. For context, I'm on the Warriors so there's really nobody else to guard Embid besides me. I have 0 perimeter defense but the game keeps assigning me to Josh Richardson and Klay against Embid. On offense, the opposing team always gets the positions right.

    It's driving me a bit crazy. Anyone have any idea how to fix this? I can't seem to call any defensive adjustments and the game keeps putting our smallest defenders against Embid and he's getting free points. If I adjust, the game destroys my teammate grade saying I left my assignment and my team chemistry has dropped like 20 points.
