    The most slept on build in 2k21. Gets elite contact dunks, pro dribble moves, 99 speed, one of the best defensive attributes.... badge lay out 6-10-17-20. Your thoughts ?

    2k devs constantly preach about a skills gap. Until the zigzag/left right screen cheese is gone 2k will never be about who is more skilled, just who can abuse broken game mechanics.

    God forbid the pg needs to learn how to dribble effectively, how to be an actual playmaker, set teammates up and pass the ball.

    No because that takes actual IQ. Devs would never allow that. Ball movement is frowned upon. Just set 5 screens until you get a vortex animation. Then take a fade-away or deep three.

    2k will never be about skill until people are forced to play without abusing some cheesy broken game mechanic.

    Mike wang does not play park, I'm convinced none of the devs have more than 10 park games played in the past 4 years. It really shows honestly.

    First time playing the REC on a Saturday day time ��

    This must be the least fun I've had with this game. I don't mind losing, I'll play with rookie 1s, whoever. BUT grud dang.

    Sheer pain playing as a Center solo.

    About 6 games in a row of everyone running around like headless chickens. No one passing. No one picking up their man on defence. People quitting constantly (understandable) then the AI abuse starts.

    And to top it off, being hit with a time out when I'm about to sink an open bucket after being nothing but a model team mate. Note I'm 2/2 and the only player that is NOT iced at this point. 😑

    Think this will be the last time I play online when the kids aren't in school.

    Hey yall,

    I haven't played 2k yesterday and today I got back to it. When I went back to my career, I discovered the Lakers (where my dude is) signed Lopez from the Nets and he took my #11. Now my player is #10 and I cant change it.

    Anyone ever got this? Seems weird a new transfer could just "steal" my number.

    How has this game improved?

    Detail your improvements below vs 2k20. IMO this game is dreadful, one dimensional and very boring.

    For me the improvements are: Shot animations

    That is all, defense feels like you're gliding around the floor at times, you get animations where the tame pushes you out of the way, everyone is a playmaking shot creator, the ball handling is terrible (especially needing 85) and everyone is out here spamming the same thing resulting in no skill gap.

    Tempted to go back to 20 and delete the game, or am I the only one?

    There is nothing more satisfying than beating a MyTeam where they have clearly spent $$$ on packs

    I actively refuse to buy VC or buy my way into a win - but I tell you what there is nothing more satisfying than smoking some team that has a line up full of players that fetch well over 100,000 on the auction market.

    Half the fun is getting the team build through battling through not the idea of instant gratification that has become part of our lives

    We used to have Rachael Demita who actually played ball and had a good personality (not simping).

    Now we've got two people lacking any authentic personality who have never seen a basketball in real life.

    I don't mean to sound too harsh, but I can't even watch it in passing anymore.
