Large number of shoes removed from current gen inventory. Does anyone know if 2k is going to stop updating anything in current gen except for roster updates? A lot of people are complaining about how slow and stale dribbling is and that there are few moves that actually work. | Rec AI in next gen are worthless and ruining the only part of the game that somewhat functions. Posted: 20 Nov 2020 10:55 PM PST Any good shooter can drop 30+ points on an AI, as they have non-existent defense. I have a 93% rec win rate on current gen queuing anywhere from solo to a five man, so I'd like to think my brain functions at a level that can pull the W with what I'm given on the rec screen. However, every game we've gone in with 3-4 on next gen, the AI on our team gets 30+ dropped on his head and we take an L while the other team flops on us like they've done something difficult. My favorite so far has been when we queued in as a trio with a pg, sf, and pf.. it gave us 2 AI and put one of them at center. He was shorter than our pg and got to guard a paint beast, while the other AI had another 30 dropped on his head. Can someone from 2K honestly tell us this is working as intended? Not to mention it's listing under ProAM 5v5 stats. I bought a PS5 exclusively to play 2K.. I'm pretty pissed and feel like I've wasted money on both at this point. [link] [comments] | ||

These 60 overall AI players sag off of their man and dare them to shoot, and it's greens every time. It doesn't matter if the player they are guarding hits 10 threes in a row, they will NOT step up and put a hand up, it's a wide open shot every. single. time. I don't hate the idea of bringing AIs to the Rec as it replaces a lot of the waiting as well as the absolutely shit and toxic randoms, but it's a killer if you have a squad of three and get two AIs, only for them both to get 40 dropped on them. Can we at least adjust them and put them on tight or deny/smother? Hell, you guys have ACE which is used in MyCareer frequently for AI defenders but I guess it just doesn't matter here? AI defenders should be contesting harder as the player they are guarding makes more and more threes. This is without mentioning their complete inability to shoot the basketball. Like, they literally will not shoot it. They'll be wide open in the corner and sit there with the ball for 5 seconds until somebody calls for it because they simply will not shoot. 2k, it's cool that we sometimes get the AI instead of toxic randoms, but PLEASE give them actual basketball ability. Even like a 75 seems fair. Someone suggested doing what Live does with their Live Run and put actual NBA players in as fill-ins, which would pretty much solve this issue. It'd be cool if these spots were filled with even bench level guys like Mason Plumlee, Jordan Clarkson, etc. [link] [comments] | ||

Can shoot 3s, can catch lobs and get contact dunks, able to make good passes with dimer, and can grab boards. [link] [comments] |
