I won 100k VC on Ronnies stream, it’s been over a week and I haven’t gotten it.

    Proof

A little over a week ago Ronnie did a stream with a raffle, I ended up winning! I was very happy to win the VC. Ronnie got my info and said he'd get me. I've waited and sadly nothing has came. Woulda been nice for this isolation. :(

2k if you are going to have a 1v1 event in the game you need to alter the game so thats its fit for a 1v1 event.

    Posted: 31 Mar 2020 01:08 AM PDT

    • Remove teammate grade. why is this even a thing, who is my teammate in a 1v1?

    • if someone quits give the other person the win. this isnt a 3v3 where there are still 2 other humans. its a 1v1. and on top of that its a 1v1 where the AI is 100x better than the player and faster with lightning reflex time. yea i can still beat the AI but in most of the games its not fun.

in this situation you are pretty much punishing the other person for making the player quit. and now BOTH people lose if the user loses the game. WTF is that?

    • match positions with each other. Guards will play guards. SFs will play Taller SG/SFs . PF/Cs will play each other. i dont think people will mind waiting a extra minute if it means they get a fair match up... just cause the center was the first to queue with me as a guard doesnt mean he should play me. thats brain dead. imagine if real 1v1 tournys were handled like this? or if age was thrown out the window in these.

just my 2 cents. i will say this tho. thank you for adding this event on a weekday. gives more people a chance to play it. giving our current situation ATM. this is a great move

    Most Toxic Community

    Posted: 30 Mar 2020 07:27 PM PDT

I'm a pretty casual 2k player. I always play mycareer, and play a lot of rec center and occasionally park. I play for fun but also try to play pretty competitive. But the community as a whole is so toxic it ruins the game. It's impossible to get park games with randoms unless you're a very obviously good comp player. In the rec it seems like half of players play like it's a my career game.

But even on this sub, you can see the toxicity. In comments there's always the people defending 2k n their shitty business practices. New players or casual players are constantly shit on and told to just get good. People don't respect you unless you're "comp". The neighborhood is a really great idea that's ruined by the community and the acceptance of shitty behavior.

    "Defensive Breakdown"

I feel like 2k sometimes doesn’t reward good defense

    Posted: 31 Mar 2020 12:31 AM PDT

There has been many times where I have gotta very good contests on slashers in the paint and they miss, but the reach right over my head and grab the rebound. That's very frustrating to me.
