    We're looking for a few extra hands! If any of these interest you, please apply by filling out this Google Form. As always, let me know if you have any questions!

    Open Positions (full details below):

    1. NBA2K Mod
    2. **NEW** Evo Team (Power Users)
    3. NBA2kTeamUp Mod
    4. NBA2KL Mod
    5. Art Team
    6. Coding Team

    1) NBA2K Mod

    Description:

    • Enforce community Rules and manage posts/users.
    • Engage with users in discussion and community events.
    • Contribute to and help compile our official Feedback/Wishlist Threads.
    • You will be given Pink Diamond [97] or Galaxy Opal [99] user flair.

    Requirements:

    • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
    • Be familiar with Reddit and willing to learn new technology.
    • Be available at least 1 hr/day, 5 days/week. We are flexible with other priorities.
    • Must install Discord, a Reddit app with modding tools, the Mod Toolbox computer browser extension, and be reachable within reasonable hours.

    2) Evo Team (Power Users)

    Description:

    • Power users who provide suggestions to the Mod Teams.
    • Contribute to and help compile our official Feedback/Wishlist Threads.
    • Contribute to our Wiki.
    • This is a brand new position, responsibilities TBD.
    • You will be given Amethyst [92] or higher user flair.

    Requirements:

    • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
    • Expertise with the most recent NBA 2K game.
    • Be familiar with Reddit.
    • Must install Discord and be reachable within reasonable hours.

    3) NBA2kTeamUp Mod

    Description:

    • Enforce community Rules and manage posts/users.

    Requirements:

    • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
    • Be familiar with Reddit and willing to learn new technology.
    • Be available at least 30 min/day, 4 days/week. We are flexible with other priorities.
    • Must install Discord, a Reddit app with modding tools, the Mod Toolbox computer browser extension, and be reachable within reasonable hours.

    4) NBA2KL Mod

    Description:

    • Enforce community Rules and manage posts/users.

    Requirements:

    • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
    • Be familiar with Reddit and willing to learn new technology.
    • Be available at least 15 min/day, 4 days/week. We are flexible with other priorities.
    • Must install Discord, a Reddit app with modding tools, the Mod Toolbox computer browser extension, and be reachable within reasonable hours.

    5) Art Team

    Description:

    • Design banners, logos (Snoo), and advertisements.
    • This team is active whenever a project is available, mostly during launch months (July to October). This year, the team was also active following Kobe's passing.
    • Because this team does not have an immediate need, we will only be adding new staff if they are exceptionally qualified.

    Requirements:

    • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
    • Be experienced in art and relevant programs (Adobe, etc).
    • Must install Discord and be reachable within reasonable hours.

    6) Coding Team

    Description:

    • Write code for bot scripts, AutoMod, and the subreddit's CSS.
    • This team is active whenever a project is available, mostly during launch months (July to October).
    • Because this team does not have an immediate need, we will only be adding new staff if they are exceptionally qualified.

    Requirements:

    • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
    • Be experienced in coding and relevant languages.
    • Must install Discord and be reachable within reasonable hours.

    About to tie wilt chamberlains record for points in a game and then I lose connection to 2k servers, go back on thinking the game would've atleast saved itself but no.

    What was the thinking for them to make mycareer online only? It's call MYcareer for a reason, It's not everyonescareer and it's not Yourcareer so why should it be online.

    I can't throw the ball in as fast as previous years. Game just won't let it happen. When y'all run down the fkn court before I get a chance to pass it in it gets stolen all the time. Ridiculous how many of you can't comprehend that even after you watch it get picked 2 or 3 times.

    Use the metric system when making your player

    Big shoutout to u/Shoty6966-_- for this

    Let me start with an example: using the imperial system you can make a 6'5 point guard build with the playmaking and shooting skill breakdown... He'll get an 87 speed. If you increase his height to 6'6 his speed will go down to 84. Now this is just a random example but say you feel like 6'5 is too short but 84 speed is too low... If you build your player while your Units of Measurement is set to Metric System you can now go in between!

    If you now make the same point guard build 1.97m he'll have 86 speed. Now obviously this is not a big deal but if you like finetuning your build and taking everything into consideration you should check this out. It gives you more options with height which is always nice
