    Got home 2 hours ago and have not gotten to play a single game yet. Trying to run with randoms until my squad gets home and we can't even get a game because 2 of us are ss1 and 2.

    Have sat waiting for 3 entire games to finish in a row only for them to immediately hop off and waste our time.

    If you still play with randoms daily I am sincerely sorry. I can't imagine dealing with the headache of trying to find games and then losing them on top of that because your teammates are garbage.

    So give me one good reason to why puma mania doesn't include the rec and pro am? I don't even think 3v3 is included in puma mania. Another year where rec/pro am gets shafted with events throughout the year.

    Dear PGs and inside Bigs...

    Warning : long text ahead

    As a 6'7 SG playing most of his games at the SF position i have some things to tell you cordially.

    ​

    First and before everything : if you don't know BB or don't want to play as a team IN EVERY ASPECTS please stay out of Park and JRC.

    ​

    Now that it's said let's start with the basics for both of you :

    In BB you DO NOT have to be involved in every single possesion and there is no problem to not touch the ball for 2-3-4 possesions in a row if the situation favors it this way.

    What does it mean :- you PGs have to stop setting screens if you don't get the ball OR run all the way around the 3pt line bringing your defender to the ball handler.- you Inside bigs have to stop setting on ball screens 24/7.

    ​

    In BB, sometimes, you have to stand still in some areas of the court for a certain period of time and at a certain timing :

    -For you PGs : corners and opposite 45° are the best spots-For you inside bigs : short corners and High post are the best spots (specially against a zone).

    ​

    Other thing for you PGs : stop to only let go of the ball only to get an assist. Move the balll to move the defense, it'll beneficiate the entire team.

    ​

    For you inside bigs : you have the easiest job in term of "stat padding" so because you end up with 10+pt 20+reb doesn't mean you played well :

    - If you didn't hedge on screens on defense and let you perimeter players get murdered freely on screens all game the Xpts the other team scored from 3pt are for you.

    - If you clogged the paint by setting on ball screns 24/7 or just wrestling under the rim 24/7 you helped the defense to defend your perimeter at the 3pt line and maybe the fact that none of your teammates shot more than 50% from 3pt has something to do with you.

    LET ME EXPLAIN IT QUICKLY : If you clog the paint then the other team can play OVERLY AGRRESIVE defense on your perimeter players at the 3pt line and don't have to care about them driving or cutting to the rim. Why? Because you're there just clogging the lanes.

    I could go on and on but that are the basics that would make the life of everyone easier.

    ​

    ps: I'm not being arogant or whatever and i'm not pretending to be the best or whatever but i truly think that a lot of us just want to play BB.
