The fact that NBA2K20 needs a patch every week is utterly ridiculous.

    Posted: 29 Oct 2019 03:57 PM PDT

We have had NBA2K20 for approximately 53 days which is roughly 7 and a 1/2 weeks and the game is already on its 8th patch. This is absolutely embarrassing, no wonder the game dropped $30 in price.

Zero percent chance to make the shot thanks to hall of fame defensive leader, plus 85 perimeter defense. But of course it’s somehow a 5% contest and he greens it with a 0% chance to make. What is this game

how Centers really be when on the post game after you lose

    Posted: 29 Oct 2019 11:01 AM PDT

For anyone who bought the game, we should get some sort of compensation.

    Posted: 29 Oct 2019 07:18 PM PDT

This is a slap in the face to the community who bought the game. Die hards put up with 2Ks crap every damn year and a lot of us give them the benefit of the doubt when there is issues in the game. I am not asking for a refund but i think a 200k vc compensation is more than fair.

What would it take for 2k to stop making yearly games ?

    Posted: 29 Oct 2019 09:17 PM PDT

This is coming from a person that's been playing 2k for about 12 years now and is starting to lose interest in this series. Mind you I have no actual experience with making games. But I've read in articles that time constraints placed on Devs are responsible for a lot of silly things being overlooked like the inability of myPlayers using hairstyles already in the game on NBA players and no big changes to game modes besides the cash cows (they even left out the button that says press Y to load custom rosters in MyLeague and it took a lot of us awhile to figure out it's the same layout as 2k19 it's just not written anywhere) . And as we all know outside of major gameplay changes the vast majority of "improvements" from year to year seem to be able to be added in via patches (judging from the impressive things I've seen other games patch in) and 2k LOVES patches lol. It's starting to seem like this game would function better on a different framework than the current yearly cycle. Especially if it allows more time to focus on AI and the things the community really wants

So main point: Why not just make 2k a monthly subscription game and patch in rookies yearly and update faces/haircuts whenever ? They could still do cash grabs like DLC with new stories, new apartments, the option to toggle on/off interactions with side characters (Keep B-Fresh away from me but I miss the doorman) and that just seems likes a better way to operate in my opinion. Or even increasing the game price and make it bi-yearly and just update rosters with added rookies in the off year. But there has to be a better way right? It's getting kind of ridiculous that we seem to lose features yearly and nothing is don't to improve the modes that don't rely on micro transactions

Has Joe Harris’ shot been fixed in 2K20?

    Posted: 29 Oct 2019 06:14 PM PDT

Thinking of getting the game sometime soon, I'm a Nets fan who mostly plays MyLeague. Joe Harris' shot was way too slow last year IMO and pretty much unusable in most situations. Anyone know if its been updated this year? Thanks in advance!

    Playing with randoms

The amount of randoms I've played with that don't know how to switch when you're getting screened is insane

Hot zone hunter or Catch and shoot HOF?

    Posted: 29 Oct 2019 07:27 PM PDT

I have a 6'11 sharp rim and was wondering if you had to make one gold and one HOF, if you only had 7 badges left to work with, between catch and shoot and HZH? Thanks in advance.
