    About late October last year I hopped on with a random on the 2s court. He was a lower rep and we dropped off two sweat SS3. He friended me and we started talking. We have played everyday for the past year, started a clan, and most importantly we have helped eachother through so much BS in life. I live in Illinois and he lives in Florida but 2K can be good for something. He's basically my best friend. It's been a year today and just wanted to post this

    I think my favorite is just good ol "2K is such bullshit". I just rage quit after I was playing a friend where I was leading by 4 at halftime. Then, within 2 minutes into the third quarter, I had the following happen:

    -2 illegal screens called on me on back-to-back possessions, I have had maybe 2 called on me all year -his CPU catching my passes with one hand -my CPU leaving him wide open in the corner for 3 two possessions in a row -my guard getting stripped by his center -him diving and SITTING out of bounds WITH POSSESSION and the whistle not being blown -me boxing him out with a taller player, him getting the offensive rebound from the elbow and then dunking on me

    2K is unquestionably the most rage-inducing franchise I've ever played. Every year there's new bullshit, and they come up with new ways to seemingly fuck me. Some honorable mentions for other excuses I like:

    "Bro I'm lagging" "2K is bailing you out" "That shit wouldn't happen in real life" "You get every call"

    What are some other excuses you guys like to use when you're getting fucked?

    Are mostly useless.

    Some are fine, but I find most have little to no basketball IQ, and they try to play like it's park and there's not 10 people on the floor...

    Just stay in park with your cheese that only works because there is so much space and so much lag on defense.

    while its easy to blame the devs in these questions, you also have to look at the community who does the most annoying thing to get a win to to make their game more fun. which ironically, is by NOT playing basketball or a poor version of it.

    so many people on this game (and here lmao) who make it obvious they have never watched more than 5 mins of a basketball game or bounced a ball. and carry that into the courts online.

    so who deserves more blame for the state of this game. - Devs? - Player base?

    I went up against a 7'3 pure red center at about 250 and about a 50 speed the other day. He was quick and could hedge and was getting major contact dunks with only gold badges against my 6'10 glass cleaning finisher friend. So my questions is. If the build is made correctly could it be viable in all game modes?

    They could leave it censored by default and maybe even age lock it if they have to, but I'm tired of hearing songs that are nothing but the beat for like 30 seconds. Shit is annoying

    Nothing brings me more joy right now than making curry slider glitcher pass the ball to his big. He will not be aware to what's happening but he will lose the game.

    Now it has to be done in a squad (3's)

    Center needs to be good at covering and helping on the screen, and if you are defending the PG try going over and always give one side never stand directly in front of ball handler (screen will pick you up and Batista bomb you across the court).

    Give side and only defend with sticks, sometimes even standing still is good defense because brain dead PG spams same moves while not doing actual thing. Staying on a side of ball handler activates clamps more and helps you avoid screens better (games fucks you sometimes but, you cant do much about that)

    Now why they will lose?

    Brain dead PG only wants to shoot 3's and score the most points, (take that away from him) he is hesitant to pass and passes late, if you cover his glitch moves hes forced to pass to rolling even more brain dead center who is overjoyed dunking on you guys thinking they will win.

    You gotta know what you doing on offense if you want this to work (works best if all 3 guys can shoot so that Paint beast cant camp inside).

    After Paint Beast scores about 10 points mid game, opposition PG is fuming, he didn't score a 3 (or scored only measly 2 pts or some lucky layup when he didn't want to pass to his big) he gets so frustrated he starts to shoot contested, rushing things, and refuses to pass anymore (the most satisfying thing). At that exact moment you won the game.

    God forbid you actually get against legit PG actual shot creator who CREATES for whole team (rare AF), than its different ball game.
